Delight your vegetarian guests with our harvest seared mushroom tacos! Sauteed garlic mushrooms, cheddar and Monterrey jack cheeses, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro and onions, drizzled with a creamy avocado salsa in a corn tortilla, garnished with a fresh lime wedge. Request cheese-less for a vegan option! 


(FIT and Vegan) Hearty Quinoa Entree Salad with Sweet Harvest Fruit, Pecans, and a Cinnamon Cider Vinaigrette $7.89 (minimum order of 10)
This hearty super food salad perfect for a FIT and vegan entree option. We start with tender quinoa and toss it with nutty pecans, citrus oranges, crisp blueberries, sweet pineapple, and our house made cinnamon cider vinaigrette. Light, yet filling - perfect for meetings or as a breakfast item!  

Apple Cranberry Crunch $2.99 (minimum of 10)
Crisp fall apples sauteed in butter and cinnamon, folded with tangy harvest cranberries, topped with a buttery crumble and baked until golden brown. 


Herb Roasted Turkey Breast $16.49 (minimum of 25)
Fill up your guests with this warming and delicious harvest meal. Moist and tender herb roasted turkey breast with your choice of one starch side, vegetable side, and soup or salad. 

Customize your meal by choosing one starch: 
a fall apple and cranberry stuffing,
a sweet potato hash with kale,
or thyme roasted potatoes 

Choose one vegetable dish: 
sweet and savory honey roasted pumpkin
